Our DIE CUTTING facility provides quality fabrication of non-metallic soft goods. Our laser-cut die boards offer the latest in steel rule die-cutting construction. As our name sake, die-cutting is where we started over a half-century ago!
Our METAL STAMPING division provides metallic stampings fabricated from various alloys (such as but not limited to stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, and even more exotic materials). We can accommodate your long, medium, and short run requirements. And the same tooling we use to stamp metals can stamp thicker gauge plastics!
We also offer LASER CUTTING services for any material suited to the process, as well as WATER JET CUTTING for your thicker or smaller run needs. And our Wire EDM produces more than just tools, we use it to run small shim batches, too! This allows us to provide a full range of volumes at a low cost to you, our customer. And should you need PROTOTYPING, let us know, we do that too!
Finally, our SHIM MANUFACTURING expertise makes Die-Cut Products one of the world’s premier metallic and plastic shim producers. Working with materials as thin as .0005″ thin, precision shims are our specialty, and we provide these products to customers around the world. Quality of course, is second to none!
Beyond our extensive in-house capabilities, we also are proud to offer metal finishing and other services through our network of validated vendors. From metal passivation to magnetic particle inspection and everything in between, we can provide you a finished part with all the secondary finishing steps complete and ready to go!
